Diagnosing an Epee: Visual Check

Sometimes you have an epee sitting on your bench with no information, or sometimes you just want to make sure everything is ready for competition. This video will help you in either case in making sure your epee is in its best condition. Also, cats apparently love “helping” when I film. A quick note of one last thing I forgot! Check to make sure the barrel is fully tightened by gently trying to rotate it with just your grip strength. If it does you’ll need to tighten it down, and watch for rewiring due to stripped or broken wires.
