This automated machine was designed and built by Dynamic Automation and Robotics. The machine integrates a Shawpak Rotary Form-Fill-Seal Poucher, Fanuc Delta Robot, Fanuc SCARA Robot, and an ABox Desiccant Feeder to package a diagnostic kit along with a desiccant maintaining a throughput over 50 per minute.
A FANUC Delta robot (M-1iA/0.5A) is integrated for high-speed controlled staging of delicate glass slides. A FANUC SCARA (SR-6iA) is integrated directly onto the rotary poucher to load 4 parts per cycle (2 desiccants and 2 slides)
