This is a Discovery Flight, which is for the brand new student pilot, to experience what it is like to fly the airplane that the student pilot will be learning on. The airplane is an X-Plane aircraft that is purchased from the x-plane.org software store for $19.95 so it is not included with the installation of x-plane. The airplane, the Diamond DA20-C1, is from the Diamond Aircraft Industries, and is built in Ontario, Canada as well as other locations through the world. It has been the standard and sole US Air Force pilot candidate initial flight screening aircraft for the past decade. This is the first of many videos about this aircraft on my You Tube channel.
