Diff. Eq.: IVP with Laplace transform with initial condition other than ZERO

In this video we solve an Initial Value Problem with the initial condition other than 0. We use substitution and shift the independent variable to get the initial condition at 0 to be able to use Laplace Transform. Then we check our answer by solving the equation using a different method, in this case we found the solution of the homogeneous equation using characteristic/auxiliary equation and the particular solution using undetermined coefficients.
