No-Corrode is a tar and cardboard based material that does not corrode. However, it has a tendency to delaminate and deform. Some of them are beyond salvation, but this is one of the cases where no other system can re-shape a no-corrode line this way. A lot of them are dug up just because no other system can perform such a repair.
