The Digital perm offers natural boho style curls with amazing super shiny hair condition. For the first time ever you can add loose curl to long hair. Blow drying is simple and quick and completely free of frizz. Dry your own hair to salon quality with next to no effort. Though the traditional or cold wave perms have gave us curls for generations there is two main problems. Firstly the hair condition suffers as the cold wave perms have high ammonia and alkaline levels. This can leave the hair un-manageable and require heavy strong styling products to tame. Secondly with a 'traditional perm' the longer your hair the tighter curl needed. Before any Digital perm service begins we perform a hair analysis to make certain your hair is in the correct condition. If your hair condition is good then the Digital perm with its many pre and post treatments will leave your hair in optimum condition. You will see improved shine and irresistible softness On the other hand if your hair condition is not compatible then we will not perform the service. Please note: The Digital perm should never be used on heavily processed or bleached hair. Including bleach highlights Q, Is it suitable on all hair lengths Digital Perm is suitable for medium to long hair. We would still recommend the traditional perm for short hair. Q, How long does the process take? On average 3 hours depending on length and thickness. Q, Does a Digital Perm work on bleached hair? We do not recommend this service on any sort of bleach work including highlights. The bleach removes the inner strength that the Digital Perm relies on to hold the curls properly. The results will very disappointing on bleached hair. Q, Can the digital perm work on all hair types. We do not advise the Digital perm on fine hair types. Thicker coarser hair is the most suitable and will hold the curls for longer Q, Does a digital perm give extra the root volume? Unfortunately not, the rollers heat up to a high temperature to activate the curl shape. Therefore we cannot wind directly to the root.
