Dinosaurs From the Ice?
Great collections of dinosaurs from a cluster of sites in the Prince Creek Formation dating back 69-70 million year ago have been amassed from Alaska's northern slope. Their discovery offers unique insights into dinosaur ecosystems at the very end of the Cretaceous period just a few million years before the extinction of the (non-bird) dinosaurs.
