Direct upload to s3 using Node JS on Elastic Beanstalk

This is a demo of our s3-upload application. It allows for anonymous users to upload files securely and direct to s3. No servers in-between. Deployed using AWS Elastic beanstalk, this is a very simple, quick way to deploy an app (and terminate when not in use to reduce cost).
