DiSC® for Managers - Video 3: Creating a Group / Team Map & Report

In this video, Brian walks through the navigation steps to build, and use, a Group Report on Catalyst. This feature is incredibly useful for managers working with teams of people. You are able to pull in the DiSC report from anyone in your Organization, and add them to a particular Group (think Department). This way, managers can house their direct reports in one place. This allows managers to compare their DiSC report to their team, AND compare everyone on the team to everyone else. By utilizing this feature, managers can plan their team and direct report meetings much more efficiently.
