This Disco Chair workout will get your heart rate up and in time with the beat. Overweight, over 55yrs, and over not being able to bend like I use to, I have created this workout to move in a challenging but groovy way. Music - Earth, Wind and Fire: September, Let's Groove Tonight and Boogie Wonderland. Enjoy! No chair was hurt or damaged in the making of this video.
