Displaying Dynamic Poll Results with Scripting and XML

While looking at how to display poll results in graph form, we couldn’t find a way in vMix to dynamically resize blocks or images to match numeric values. To get around this, we came up with a fairly unconventional way to achieve what we were looking to do. On today’s show, we’ll cover how we combined scripting with layers and masks to make this happen. This show touches on a few different scripting elements, including reading and parsing XML files, dynamically assigning elements in a GT Title overlay, and dynamically assembling layers on an input.
