As pointed out by a commentor, this is a video showing me recycling lithium batteries from dispoasable vapes. If you harvest lithium cells this way, please follow general lithium battery safety precations, such as avoiding excess heat, puncturing the battery, and making sure you use a proper lithium battery charger to charge the cells.
