DIY AUTOMATIC PACKAGING MACHINE WITH ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT FACILITY

An automatic packing machine prototype. This machine automatically dispense the material in hopper pour it in platform where load cell measures the materia and as per weight limit set into it, material get dropped in to the bag. Meanwhile remaining system will make plastic bag from the plastic roll. It will roll the plastic paper shape it into bag shape then using vertical heater element it get sticked vertically for this purpose servo motor is used for heater movement back and forth. Then bag is sealed horizontally using heater placed at bottom. Then material measured by load cell get dropped into bag then bag get moved down. Then the bag get sealed horizontally so that bag get sealed. And ready for next packing also system will count no of bags packed. It also senses empty plastic roll empty hopper etc.
