Wish you spent less on continuing education credits? Me too! That's why I spent a few dozen hours sorting them by cost in order to find the cheapest courses. You can find my results in the table below (I made it for ACE because that's who I'm certified with, but most courses apply to other organizations as well): https://threestormfitness.com/cheapest-ace-approved-online-courses-for-continuing-education/ Let me know if you have any questions ... This set up is specifically for a high cable crossover configuration for doing cable fly variations (though I briefly brainstorm the set up for a lower crossover configuration...might do that later...SUBSCRIBE if ya haven't to stay up on that :) ). Here's an overview of the setup: This exact set up could basically be replicated with Spud's low high econo pulley kit. I bought most of my cable and tools from e-rigging.com (for bulk buys), but all of it could be piece mealed at a hardware store pretty easily - Two 6 ft (this does not include the extra 8-10" used to terminate the ends) " 3/16" vinyl coated cables (meaure total 1/4" with vinyl included). I swaged to terminate the ends and included a thimble (optional) in each end. You could also use a screw clamp, which can be found at any hardware store (I just don't like them as much, and I wanted to use my swage tool). - Two 3" wheel 1/4" swivel pulley blocks - Two "endless loops" or a similar equivalent. You can find them on Spud's site. Motorcycle tie downs would also work (forgot to mention that...they come in a 4 pack...I'll link below) - Attach handles to the ends (I used Spud's deluxe handles...link to my review below) - 2 loading pins of equal size and weight. I just used my DIY soft loop configuration the the tie down straps (link below to video where I discuss details) - 4 carabiners (2 for loading pins and two for handles) - 1 barbell over the top of the power rack (pulley straps/loops go right over the barbell sleeve) Link to related videos: - Cheap Loading Pins made with soft loops: https://youtu.be/kSfXXT3RZyA - Spud Deluxe Handle Reviews: https://youtu.be/Ahzc1sh49OU - Spud pulley review (this is an old review before they released the vinyl coating...I STRONGLY recommend using vinyl coated cables, whether you use Spud or make your own): https://youtu.be/ZeYVcQlZFyM - Black Widow Swing Post (mentioned in passing): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YISQ9mHv8oI - Rogue R4 Power Rack Review: https://youtu.be/2Ot4fhkAl3s I mentioned in the video I plan to sell these cables on Amazon...as of today, 4/27/20...FBA program is suspended, so I won't "open" until the COVID outbreak stops...that said, if you're interested, please subscribe (I'm sure I'll make an announcement when I go live). ► Check out every product I've ever reviewed on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/shop/threestormfitness ► 22 Free Program Spreadsheets: https://threestormfitness.com/optin-ninja/free-lifting-program-spreadsheets/
