DIY Dew Heater Controller WIN!

I have many smart viewers and I thank you for correcting my mistake! This DEW HEATER CONTROLLER is a PWM dimmer. My previous video I thought it was a failure, but, a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) uses pulses to provide optimal power. After getting schooled, I went back, and took a temperature gauge to my test, and it WORKED! Anyway, here are the steps on how I created this DIY Dew Heater Controller.
