DIY Drone Design Workshop: Structural Design

The growing community of private DIY Drone designers and manufacturers has inspired us to create a workshop series focusing on the simulation of a drone design. The series is directed to makers and drone enthusiasts, who want to learn how to modify and optimize their own drone design. The second session of the drone workshop introduces our participants to structural simulations of assemblies which can be very challenging. Besides this, we will also discuss strategies for lightweight design and how to apply them to your own models.
