Bohio Music, a Haitian band based in Brooklyn, has released their controversial 2018 carnival song entitled “Djab o” meaning “Evils” which speaks to the current political turmoil in Haiti. The lyrics refer to the fact that the people who live in the country, don't want to take care of the country, and conspiring against their mother land "Haiti".
