These are three variations of the quadruped position within the DNS framework. Respectively they are the 9 month crawling, and the 6 month rocking positions. In this setting we are focused on reducing over activation of the lumbar paraspinals and trying to activate lower abdominals and in the larger picture try to connect the hip flexor into the anterior chain more efficiently and the same thing with the gluteals to the posterior chain.
