Docker Container Tutorial #2 Making changes to docker images

In the second part of the Docker Containers Tutorials I demonstrate how changes can be made to a Docker image from within a container. I then demonstrate how we can save these changes for future use. This is done by running docker commit and saving a snapshot of the container.
