this is the first part of the Doctor Why restoration project which was concluded in 2009 by a small team of researchers including the grandson of the original actor of Doctor Why. the restoration process also re-edited some parts out like a scene where Bob pukes on Doctor Why's shoe, this was done to give a better sense of the film.
