Just after your product arrives at Master Finish we perform a quick audit of your product, checking for gross defects or handling damage. We will notify you immediately with emailed pictures of any problems we may find. We perform the same duty on your product processed at our offsite polishing and buffing partners. In addition we provide these partners with a monthly report card identifying any quality or delivery issues. Our internal product quality lab has all the equipment and trained technicians necessary to perform all PPAP (pronounced Pee-Pap) and ongoing plating testing you may require. And our product documentation workbooks are organized to provide all the necessary information and documentation in a handy format.
