DOLLAR TREE LACE SKULL HALLOWEEN MAKEUP TUTORIAL

Hey Bargain Family! I'm so excited to bring you all a makeup tutorial! I haven't done any crazy makeup looks in almost a year so I really happy to put my paint brushes to use again.
