Deputy Matt Lennon of the SAN MATEO county sheriffs Department pulls over a BMW for speeding and suspected street racing. The driver admits he was "messing around" but denies formally racing. Deputy Lennon notices modifications to the car like tinted windows and a covered license plate. The driver has no ID on him and claims he forgot his wallet. It is revealed the driver's license is suspended. His car registration is also expired. Deputy Lennon explains the car will be impounded for 30 days and the driver will receive multiple citations. These include citations for the speed contest, driving with a suspended license, and modified exhaust/emissions equipment. The driver is given copies of the citations and his impounded car is towed away. Deputy Lennon notes seeing a dash camera and seizing it as potential evidence since the driver's statements about recording were inconsistent. In summary, the video outlines a traffic stop where a driver is pulled over for suspected street racing, and given several citations after it is discovered his license is suspended and vehicle modifications break emission laws. His car is impounded as a result.
