Don't DrawTrumps

There are times when you are in trump contract that you shouldn't draw trumps straight off. There are a number of reasons why this might be. You may need to ruff in the short hand. You may need to set up a side suit. You may need get rid of some losers quickly before you lose control. Another reason not to draw trumps is that the trump you have in dummy may protect losers in your hand. If this is the case, it is often right to set up a side suit which can take care of those losers later, while that trump is still protecting those losers.
