Double border. Easy start. Three magic steps
Edit: I missed an important info when working the first round of the double border. Really sorry for that On each side (left and right of your project, where you have tails) you have to work single crochet into each stitch, BUT on top and bottom (the first and the last rows of your project) you have to skip the first and the last stitches before or after the corner. Hope that makes sense. I will prepare a written file and as soon as it is ready, will add a link here in comments. Written instructions and couple free border charts now on Ravelry as well (all updates, if any, will be posted there) https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/double-border-easy-start-three-magic-steps Double border for overlay mosaic crochet in rows.
