In this particular sequence we are following the Double Reverse Spin with an Overspin and a Left Whisk. As you can see the Double Reverse Spin component is very fast and it also travels. It's this speed and movement in contrast with the more static Left Whisk that creates a beautiful piece of choreography. The timing that we're using is one two three and four five six and seven eight and one. And now a little bit slower so that you can see in a little bit more detail."
