Double Sided PCB CNC Milling

making single pcb is very straight forward not complicated ,but making double pcb its a little bit tricky but once u learn it the its easier and cheap to produce ur own experiments,and prototype pcb at home THE TRICKS -AutoLeveller to create a flat virtual surface that makes sure you can get very high resolution tracks and isolation -ENGRAVING a perfect deep pocket on wood and same dimension of the pcb(my case 116mm/100mm) -pcb must be tight in the wooden pocket surface to prevent the pcb from shaking or moving ,and when u flip (or change the X axis ) that its stays on same place (THIS ACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT ) to produce double sided pcb SOFTWARE (DipTrace : http://www.diptrace.com/) (CopperCAM : http://www.galaad.net/coppercam-eng.html) (Mach3 : http://www.machsupport.com/) software used are as following -DIPTRACE=designing ur projects and exporting gerber file to coppercam -COPPERCAM=convert gerber files from diptrace to G-CODE _MACH3=this software controls the CNC machine
