As I forgot to show her crit on the video, I will be leaving it here. She has:
75%/145%
Which isn't much, but at least it helps a bit. With some extra grinding and sacrificing some CR I could probably bump the CD to 200% but I'm too lazy.
Also, for the people saying that I forgot to use the E, yes I know, I noticed when I uploaded the video. But hey, even without it I got the job done.
