This track is quite obviously inspired by and a homage to the album "Solid State Survivor" by Yellow Magic Orchestra, specifically the track "Technopolis" from the aforementioned album. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFADf3CW8zI ). The beginning even features the lyrics "TOKIO", and the chorus is very similar to the main melody in Solid State Scouter. The performer "Dragon Magic Orchestra" is again another reference by being a play on the band name Yellow Magic Orchestra.
From the 1990 TV special "A Final, Solitary Battle: The Father of a Z-Warrior Son Gokū, Who Challenged Freeza" aka "Bardock: The Father of Goku". This song was originally released on DBZ Hit Song Collection IV: Characters Special on October 1st, 1990, just 17 days before the airing of the TV Special.
