Dragon Loop
279 km | ~4,000 m elevation gain
What was already a demanding route became something else entirely.
The Dragon Loop—a fusion of the Batman Loop and Jala-Jala Loop—turned brutal under typhoon-like rain, flooding roads, slowing momentum, and forcing unexpected turns. Plans changed on the fly. Effort doubled. Patience was tested.
This ride wasn’t just about distance or elevation.
It was about adapting to chaos, pushing through the weather, and sharing the road with new and old friends—helping each other forward when conditions stopped being ideal.
This is a story of endurance, uncertainty, and why the hardest rides often become the most memorable.
