Draw PERFECT Faces Using the Loomis Method (Step-by-Step Tutorial)

Throughout the entire tutorial, I use red and blue pencil guidelines. I draw manually over the reference—using pencils directly on printed references, and an iPad when the reference is a digital photo. I used a Staedtler F graphite pencil and a Faber-Castell Pitt Oil pencil (extra hard) for the darker areas. I followed the Loomis method to build the basic structure. Beginners can follow along by placing the same guidelines on the reference photo, then lightly transferring them onto paper with a pencil.
