Dresden Plate Double Background Tutorial

16:36 ~ Tutorial Dresden Plate Quilt blocks are some of the oldest and most traditional. This method of placing the actual scrappy plate onto a solid background and THEN appliqueing it onto the square, makes it pop a bit more! Free quilting class and sewing lessons!
