I wrote ‘Drifting on Moosehead after watching a YouTube video:

A musical collaborator of mine lives near there.
I’ve tried to capture the majesty and mystery of this huge body of water; it’s written in the moody Locrian Mode. For musicians, put simply, this means the scale is like B to B’ with no incidentals. The chords used are:
Locrian: Bdim, Em, F, and G
Am I allowed to say, I’m love this melody - there’s something magical about it.
Musicians or not, I hope you can slip away into this soundscape.
BTW, if anyone has contact with the Moosehead Lake conservators, please let them know about this music; I hope it finds it way into a travel documentary.
The score is available.
