The Drill Bit Resharpener (Model – 13D) is an excellent equipment use for the resharpening of Drill Bits. This machine is suitable for drill bits between the range of 3MM to 13MM. The machine includes ER 20 Collets and every collet has a different size. For using the drill bit a series of steps need to be performed. It starts with selecting the collets as per the requirement of drill size and the collet is then fixed into the holder. After fixing one needs to set the web diameter according to drill size. The next two steps include point angle grinding & relief angle grinding.
