❇️The Drop In Simulates The Landing Phase of the forward moving cycle. ❇️ When moving forward you drop all your weight into one side of the body, organizing this pressure with a specific pattern throughout the Musculoskeletal System. 🔹 When you drop the weight you load the system. 🔹 After we load correctly, we can transfer the pressure over to the other side keeping the bones and muscles secure as we cycle the legs. 🔹 The Drop In is when "The Bow" appears (see previous post!) - DROP IN DRILL - 🔸The Goal - move all the Pressure (Body Weight) into the front leg while maintaining a stable foot platform and spiraling the limbs and torso. *Keep Second Toe through The Heel STRAIGHT *Inner Ankle Bone is HIGH, lifting the HEEL UP *Bend the Knee as you move your Tail BACK and the Crown of your Head FORWARD *Nose over Second Toe --Should feel Heavy Pressure in your Back Pocket-- --Hold for 30s to 1m and then switch sides-- --Work each side 2-3x--
