All waves are compatible in all beat machines and daws. I processed these drums a little different than usual. I've been trying to elevate my sound design... Trying to tap into the right frequencies and all that. This kit is loud. I pushed the sample-in levels up hot without hitting the red for that classic sound. If your making some BOOM-BAP this is definitely the right kit. Of course you can make whatever and put your own fx and stuff on these sounds and really make them your own... The MPC program included has "Cycles" on a few drum pads also. Meaning when you hit the drum pad more than once you get a different sound or a variation of that sound... For example you can hit drum pad 4 in the program with the hihats a few times and hear different variations... I plan going live on twitch soon and make a few beats with this kit like I always do.
