"Drunken" Rope Dart Tutorial: Dancing with fool

First, i do not know Drunken style at all. Second, english is not my native language. Please consider those points. ;) But if it can be a starting point to some drunken rope dart style, here's my contribution. The name is inspired from the neck rotation part where i think it looks a bit foolish, fuzzy and even feeling a bit dizzy at first... I do not claim any "drunken" originality in this move, i just added some classical moves we are used to see in that style.
