A skit from FanimeCon07's Masquerade, the drunken Vash brothers. I know the shorter one, and he's the perfect Vash cosplayer. It's his second year at Fanime, and I congratulated him for pulling this off. I cut off the end, it was Spike delivering donuts, but arriving too late.
