How to make simplified custom access checker in Drupal 10 custom modules.
This can be useful when you are trying to display personalized content based on subscription. User from same role can not see content from same Content Type if they are not subscribed it.
In this video you can see example where users from same role are following different tags and they can't see the node if the topic is not in their subscription.
