drupal-rector fixes for rector 0.12 and some phpstan-drupal dev!

With PHPStan 1.0, there was Rector 0.12. In this stream, I helped push an existing pull request to completion with fixes needed to be compatible with Rector 0.12. Then I headed over to phpstan-drupal to help review code for better static analysis of entity queries.
