In this video, Logan from DTF Power walks you through the full process of printing a perfect DTF transfer from start to finish.
We cover printer maintenance, cleaning the docking station and wiper blade, running nozzle checks, adjusting white ink density, printing the transfer, pressing it onto a shirt, using a texturizing finishing sheet, and doing a stretch test to check durability.
One of the biggest tips in this video is lowering the white ink density to around 60% to help create a softer-feeling DTF transfer without losing brightness. Combined with quality DTF ink, soft feel adhesive powder, and proper printer maintenance, this helps produce transfers that look clean, feel soft, and hold up under stress.
