Comment by alert reader Gaoyu Xiao: At 4:40, “--config=b02b0.cnf" is actually NOT an output, it is an input file, containing "parameters that have been found to be useful for registering a set of good quality b=0 images" (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/topup/TopupUsersGuide#Configuration_files). This file can be found under the directory …/fsl/etc/flirtsch/.
