Dust, Wind & Waves

This was one of my favourite trips anywhere this year. I ventured back to my home state of South Australia with legendary big wave & slab hunter Justin 'Jughead' Allport plus young up & coming surfer Hughie Vaughan. We head 1000 Kilometres into the desert to that super dangerous slab wave that almost took Dylan Longbottom's life last year. This wave is mostly a tow wave as it moves so fast. BUT you do get surfers like Russell Bierke, Kael Walsh & Harry Bryant that want to challenge themselves to paddle this wave, but as you'll see it's not easy.
