DVWA: Weak Session ID Vulnerability Solution (LOW Security)

Application must have proper Session/Cookie management to provide randomness in cookie value, which shouldn't be guessed by anyone. In this challenge, Application is using Weak Session ID for which value is changing in incremental (1++) order.
