This is possibly one of the songs that plays in the Flash game Dynamite Blast by Dmitry Borisov, and published by Shockwave. I'm not sure if it's unused, as I didn't play the game, it's labeled as the third theme in the game's files. The other two themes are taken from the first game, and this song is also in the third game.
