Season 4 Episode 8: Dex
Blake meets Sam Dexter’s son Dex who plans to represent his father since he’s recovering from a heart attack and brings Blake his father’s power of attorney regarding the board meeting between Denver-Carrington and Colby-Co. Dex feels that Blake is calling off the merger because his personal vendetta against Alexis. Blake and Dex debate on the merger. Dex also informs Blake that he is different from his father and he makes his own decisions.
