How We Flush E-TEC Injectors with Our Proprietary POWERFLUSH machine as part of our E-TEC Injector service. We CNC from billet 60160 aluminum specialty E-TEC manifolds and retaining hardware to fit our POWERFLUSH machine. Our E-TEC service includes both injector O-rings, a properly fitting filter, a crush ring, and two fuel hose O-rings, everything you need, all inclusive. Most places just replace the O-Rings and if your filters are torn you get back your non functional torn filters. Not optimal for a vehicle offshore or deep in the mountains. Compare for yourself. We begin with a traditional high-temperature ultrasonic cleaning, pulsing each injector and pintle filter to dislodge surface contaminants. Next, we apply our proprietary POWERFLUSH process—a nitrogen-based detergent flush that reaches internal areas ultrasonic cleaning alone can't access. This step is essential for breaking down stubborn internal buildup before final retesting. POWERFLUSH is effective on all top-feed, side-feed, GDI, and Piezo injectors. Unique to our service and equipment, this extra step can significantly improve performance and long-term reliability—especially for underperforming injectors that ARE NOT suffering from physical damage or wear.
