E/A-18 Midair Collision: Fighter Pilots React

Two EA-18G Growlers collided and crashed during a formation flight near Mountain Home Air Force Base, with multiple videos capturing the moment from several angles. Thankfully all four crew members were able to eject. The three of us do our best to try and make sense of what happened to these two jets. What happened and what could have caused it?
