We started from the southern end of Reseda Blvd and turned right onto Dirt Mulholland. From Dirt Mulholland we went past the gate to Temescal Fire Road and turned right to East Topanga Fire Road and stopped at Eagle Rock. Then we kept going to East Topanga
Fire road and climbed Eagle Springs Fire Road back to Temescal. From Temescal we entered Will Rogers Backbone trail; after a little over a mile in, we turned back.
