Easy AERIAL HOOP Tutorial - ALIEN SPLIT Drop

This is a great aerial hoop split that you don't need to be super flexible for. I also invented this little aerial hoop drop (although it can also be an aerial hoop roll) to go into the split (because I love a fun Lyra transition!)
